Since November 16, 2015 and with a duration of three years, the kalinix® project entitled "MULTI-SENSOR CARRYING SYSTEM FOR THE LOW-COST DIAGNOSIS OF SAHOS, AND ITS TREATMENT OF MINIMAL INVASION BY WAVES ELThe main objectives of the project are the development of a new technology and the method of treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), improving the usability of current devices, since they are uncomfortable, devices and with many cables, as well as how to increase the efficiency of a promising minimally invasive treatment by therapeutic electrical waves.The project is located in the company's facilities located in Almagro (Ciudad Real).It has the collaboration of several companies in the medical field to carry out clinical trials, among which the sleep unit of the Teknon medical group and a CRO (Contract Research Organization) consultancy stand out.

The project has a budget of 555,209.60 EUR and is co-financed by the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) and the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER).This project is part of a new line of R & D that began in 2010 within the strategy of diversification of the company in new medical devices and new markets of high added value.
