"Champion of Spain Ultra 2015, second classified in the Spain Ultra Cup and sixth in the European Championship. This year she wants to face an impressive challenge competing in the World Championship and the World Cup and, of course, she will try to revalidate the Spanish Championship and will participate in the Spanish Cup as well as other important races and races worldwide. For all that she represents, we want to collaborate with her so that she can take the name of Ciudad Real all over the world, achieve the challenge she has set herself and be an example for women, for sport and for the province", said the vice-president.

On 2 April, she will compete in the Spanish championship and later in the athletics championship with the aim of securing a place at the world championships. She will also take part in the World Cup, made up of six events, and in September she could go to the United States.

FUTSAL

Torytrans achieved a perfect double this season by winning the futsal league several days in advance and lifting their second title of the season by winning the Local Marathon organised by the Almagro Town Council Sports Department. The winners won the tournament after beating Bagbol in the final by 6-2, also winning the trophy for the team with the least goals scored and having among their players the top scorer of the championship, Santos Ruiz.

ALMAGRO TROTÓN CLUB

The Almagro Trotón Club was born from a small group of Almagro sports enthusiasts who agreed and began to take the necessary steps to formalise a sports group that would allow them to attend athletic events in an organised way. The Trotón was born with the clear purpose of spreading the values of popular athletics and to bring together all runners from Almagro or any other place.

With more than 60 members, in less than 3 years, popular athletics in Almagro has become a reference in the town. They organise, among other events, the half marathon, the women's race and the "San Silvestre Almagreña" popular race. Three consecutive years as champions by clubs in the circuit of popular races, congratulations!
